Welcome News in Time for Christmas!

At last it has happened! We have heard from the Welsh Assembly Minister for the Environment, Sustainability and Housing. She has confirmed the recommendation of the Public Inspector that the appeal of the owner of Ruperra Castle against Caerphilly Councillors rejection of development at Ruperra, should be turned down.
