Planning meeting latest

We have been told that the Ruperra application report is with the Planning Minister in the Welsh Assembly who was expected to make a decision on it today. However as we have not heard anything, we can only presume that the planning meeting will go ahead in the council offices as scheduled tomorrow evening.
